ORDER STATEMENT

Refunds that are requested due to dissatisfaction of design, colour shade, or general decoration will not be honoured. If you are unsatisfied with the flavour quality of your baked goods and request a refund, this will be assessed at our discretion and in these circumstances the product MUST be returned in full.

We are unable to refund products that have been consumed.

Due to the nature of the design process we DO NOT REPLICATE OR COPY work + inspiration photos will be used as ‘inspiration’ only.

CANCELLATIONS | DATE CHANGES

Sugar Pop Pantry does not offer refunds for cancellations. That is, ALL monies paid will be forfeited if you choose not to re-schedule your booking.

Your monies paid can be transferred to an alternative booking date (re-schedulling). Strictly 14 days notice is required, and the new date will be subject to availability. The cost of any custom materials (e.g., cake toppers, edible images) will be deducted if you choose not use them in your new order.

Any re-schedule request with less than 14 days notice will not be honoured, and your order will either (1) be made for the originally agreed upon collection/delivery date or (2) cancelled with loss of funds.

ALL notices will need to be documented in writing.

PAYMENT

Payment instructions can be located on your invoice. This will be emailed to you upon placing an order.

Payment must be processed within 7 DAYS by bank transfer, or immediately for orders of less than 7 DAYS notice.

Credit card payment can be organised with a 2.5% processing fee.

ERRORS

Sugar Pop Pantry is not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies that relate to design specifications, availability details or personal information provided by the client.

We undertake no obligation to clarify product or pricing information.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Sugar Pop Pantry is not responsible for broken cookies or postage delays, and refunds will not be offered for either of these reasons.

ALLERGENS

Our kitchen handles peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, wheat, dairy, egg, soy and fish. We cannot guarantee no trace amounts of these allergens.

RUSH ORDERS

Orders of 72 hours or less notice may incur a fee of 25% of the total cost.
